He has held multiple positions like President and Secretary and has always be a dedicated community volunteer. Throughout Jeff's time of service to the Brisbane Holland Park Lions Club he has chosen to be on many club committees, coordinating a prominent club event, the Lions International annual youth public speaking competition, "Youth of the Year".
Jeff has also performed an integral role in many of our Barbecue fundraisers, always with a hands on approach in projects including local retirement village garden clean ups and annual refreshment stalls for the Mount Gravatt Orchid Society. He also procured and arranged installation of a chair lift for a local elderly gentleman who was unable to climb his stairs to his home. More recently, Jeff has coordinated the distribution of food parcels, in conjunction with a local church group, to those experiencing economic hardship in the wake of COVID-19.
Jeff is one of the most positive, kind-hearted people I have had the pleasure to know and whom I feel deserves recognition for his dedicated, thoughtful, and caring disposition towards that of his community, fellow lions, family and friends.
