She encourages people to join and makes families and kids all feel so welcome and supported. She managed the registration process when my first daughter started to play and I could see how huge a job it was to coordinate everyone. She is always at the courts during training and game days and pops around everywhere with a great big smile on her face. If any coaches, parents or kids need help or support - she is always there with a friendly ear, helpful manner and such enthusiasm.
